The Ontario Principals' Council (OPC) is the voluntary, professional association representing practising principals and vice-principals in Ontario's publicly funded schools.  The goal of the OPC is to provide our Members with the professional services and supports they need to provide exemplary leadership in public education.  Our 5,000 Members represent elementary and secondary school leaders from across Ontario and operate within the ethical guidelines of the Ontario College of Teachers.

Education Leadership Canada, a division of the Ontario Principals' Council, offers a broad range of opportunities dedicated exclusively to the professional development of principals and vice-principals. Programs include workshops, video resources, online learning opportunities and mentoring.  Continuous learning means better-prepared principals and better schools for Ontario students.
