Education Leadership Canada offers four qualification programs that are accredited through the Ontario College of Teachers.  In partnership with school boards and local OPC's across the province, the Principal's Qualification Program (PQP), the Supervisory Officer's Qualification Program (SOQP), the Experienced Principal's Development Course (EPDC) and the Special Education for Administrators Qualification Program (SEA) are accessible to candidates.  The courses are practical, current, research-based and provide solid training for the challenges and complexities of school leadership.

The International School Leadership Program is based on the training offered to school leaders in Ontario and customized for leadership development programs in other countries.  The OPC is currently working with school leaders in Sri Lanka, Kuwait and Egypt.
