Teach in Ontario offers a number of services (in French and English) to help internationally educated teachers (IETs) become certified and find employment in teaching. The new Professional Coaching Module, pairs IETs with practicing or retired school teachers who volunteer as coaches. Through professional dialogue coaches provide guidance and support in areas such as professional development, employment preparation, dynamics of the Ontario classroom and workplace culture.
