The Principal Performance Appraisal (PPA) is a two-week online workshop that is 5 hours in length. You will learn how to give feedback and appraise your staff as well as

  • explore the philosophy of the PPA
  • recognize the connection between the PPA and the Ontario Leadership Framework (OLF)
  • understand technical requirements of the PPA and the forms and
  • identify elements of the OLF.
