Description: This session will assist OPC and membership in achieving their organizational commitments of systemic and substantive reconciliation.  This will be achieved by building a deeper awareness of systemic and structural barriers that persist in education and how these issues can be addressed by using a rights based approach and sharing anti-colonial practices that better serve Indigenous students, staff and families
