Webinar Series – Universal Design for Learning. Mirko Chardin. May 12 and May 20, 2026. 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. EDT

Creating equitable schools requires more than vision. It takes intentional design and strong leadership to turn belief into action. In this two-part series, participants will explore how to build learning environments where every student experiences belonging, challenge, and support. Grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), culturally responsive practices, and restorative approaches, this experience invites educators to move beyond surface-level strategies and reimagine systems that truly work for all learners.

Across the series, we will examine the leadership moves that make inclusive change possible. Participants will reflect on their own leadership approaches, explore how observation and feedback can be used to strengthen Tier 1 instruction, and consider how to navigate resistance and bias that often show up during change efforts. Using practical tools, real examples, and structured reflection, this series supports leaders in creating the conditions for meaningful, sustainable transformation where equity is not an initiative, but the way the system works.

Dates: May 12 and May 20, 2026
