Michelle Sigmann is a Principal, Certified Wellness Coach, leadership facilitator, and former Canadian National Team Barefoot Waterskier who brings a unique perspective on mindset, habits, and sustainable performance. Drawing from her experiences in leadership, elite sport, and personal growth, Michelle helps individuals and organizations navigate change, build resilience, and create meaningful results.

Creator of The Intentional Growth Framework, a neuroscience-informed approach focused on self-awareness, intentional action, reflection, and sustainable habits, Michelle supports students, athletes, leaders, and teams in turning aspirations into action.

Michelle is the author of My Personalized Goal Setting Workbook, creator of wellness curriculum for education leaders, and contributor to the Ontario Principals Council. She has presented at OPC Lead and Learn conferences, delivered workshops for organizations and elite athletes, and been featured on podcasts discussing leadership, mindset, and intentional growth.

Workshop 1: Lead Yourself First

Details: 

Workshop Focus: Self-Leadership and Identity 

This workshop helps participants strengthen their self-leadership by exploring the connection between mindset, and personal growth. Through self-reflection and practical strategies, participants will identify areas for improvement in both their leadership and personal lives to better manage stress, priorities, and daily challenges. Drawing on neuroscience and behavioral research, the workshop will also explore why change can be difficult and provide tools to build sustainable habits that support long-term success.

Workshop 2: Perform with Purpose

Details: 

Workshop Focus: Goal Execution and Team Leadership

Building on the self-reflection and insights gained in Workshop one, participants will develop a personalized framework for turning goals into meaningful action. This session focuses on breaking down goals/priorities into manageable, actionable steps that can be implemented immediately, creating a clear pathway from intention to execution.

Participants will also explore practical approaches to leading others with purpose, including strategies for managing stress, maintaining focus, and fostering well-being within their teams. Through guided activities and discussion, attendees will leave with tools to support both their own success and the growth of those they lead.

Workshop 3: Mindset Mastery

Details: 

Workshop Focus: Leadership Reflection and Continuous Growth 

This workshop focuses on the power of reflection as a key component of effective self-leadership and continuous growth. Building on the framework introduced in previous sessions, participants will explore the practice of intentional reflection and the role it plays in sustaining progress, strengthening self-awareness, and informing future actions.

Through the framework's reflective cycle, participants will learn how to evaluate their experiences, celebrate successes, identify opportunities for growth, and make meaningful adjustments to their priorities and leadership practices. Attendees will leave with practical tools to embed reflection into their ongoing personal and professional development, fostering a mindset of continuous learning and improvement.

Workshop 4: Lead with Influence 

Details: 

Workshop Focus: Building Trust, Communication, and Leadership Impact 

Once participants understand themselves and their own leadership practices, the next step is understanding how they show up for and influence others. Building on the self-leadership foundation established in previous workshops, participants will explore how their mindset, communication, and leadership presence impact those around them. This session will focus on building trust, understanding individual leadership styles, and developing strategies to support and empower others with some non-negotiables for leaders.

Workshop 5: Sustaining Success Through Intentional Leadership

Details: 

Workshop Focus: Creating a Culture of Continuous Growth 

This becomes the “putting it all together” workshop where participants leave with a sustainable leadership practice. The final workshop focuses on sustaining personal and professional growth through intentional leadership practices. Participants will revisit the framework introduced throughout the series and explore how to continue setting priorities, taking action, reflecting, and adapting over time.
