Stepping into these leadership roles requires a deep understanding of education-based legislation and policies along with interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence to effectively navigate the complexities of school operations.
These stand-alone opportunities have been designed to support new principals and vice-principals with some key themes as a new school year begins.
