Nominations are open to General Assembly Representatives who can nominate an individual or organization they believe has demonstrated exceptional dedication and impact in public education.

Nominations are received by the president during the month of February each year, with a call for nominations being announced at the February meeting of the General Assembly.

The recipient is honoured at the President’s Dinner in October.
